Yes. Rush work carries a 25–50% premium, quoted at intake. Mark "ASAP / rush" on the contact form and Pixidion will let you know if it's possible.

Industry standard. The deposit covers the front-loaded thinking that goes into every project — research, concepting, mood-boarding — before any final files exist. It also ensures both sides are committed.

Bank transfer (ACH), credit card, Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle. Invoices are sent through Square with secure payment links. (No checks.)

Quotes reflect the scope, complexity, and time required. If the quote feels off, it usually means the brief and scope can be adjusted. Pixidion is happy to revise scope to match a target budget — what changes is what gets made, not the quality of how it's made.

Quoted prices are pre-tax. Nevada state sales tax applies where required by law and is added to the final invoice.

The 50% deposit is non-refundable. It secures Pixidion's calendar and funds the research, planning, and project setup that begins immediately on quote approval. If a project is canceled mid-way, the work completed to that point is delivered upon settlement of the final invoice — the deposit is not returned.

Standard overage is billed at $99/hour, Pro overage at $80/hour, both approved before any extra work begins. No ambush invoices.

Yes, at the start of any new monthly cycle. Tier changes don't break the consecutive-month count toward the loyalty contract unlock.

Pro: Hours is for clients who want a defined block of designer time and can plan campaigns around it. Pro: Flat Rate is for clients with a constant flow of small-to-medium requests who want a predictable monthly cost regardless of volume — one active request at a time, unlimited queue, unlimited revisions.

After 3 consecutive paid months on any retainer, clients can switch to a 3-month (5% off), 6-month (10% off), or 12-month (15% off) contract at the start of the next cycle. New clients can lock in a contract from day one and get the discount immediately.

Contract clients can cancel at any time. They pay the difference between the contracted (discounted) rate and the standard month-to-month rate for the months already used. No further obligation.

When the retainer is full, the page shows a waitlist option — first in line when a spot opens. Clients with creative-direction needs that don't require a full retainer can also work with Pixidion as a Creative Consultant during full-capacity periods.

The Client owns full rights to the final delivered work — once the final invoice is paid in full. Until then, the work remains Pixidion's property. After IP transfer, Pixidion keeps a non-exclusive perpetual right to use the work for self-promotion (portfolio, site, ads, social, awards) and may edit the design — copy, links, QR codes, layout — to redirect promotional pieces to Pixidion. An NDA can modify or exclude these rights.

Whatever the project actually needs — print-ready PDFs and CMYK files for print, optimized PNG/JPG/SVG/WebP for digital, source files (.ai, .psd, .indd, .ae) on request. File handoff is included in every project at no extra cost.

For projects Pixidion creates from scratch: Yes — on request, after final, full payment, at no extra charge for by-project and retainer work. Source files (.ai, .psd, .indd, .ae, etc.) are Pixidion's working IP during the engagement; they transfer with the project once the invoice is settled and the Client requests them. By default, the Client receives final deliverables only (.jpg, .png, .gif, .pdf).

For projects where the Client provides their own working files: The Client retains ownership of those files; Pixidion is the invited collaborator. Pixidion edits and adjusts as needed for the engagement but does not claim IP over files the Client originated.

For à la carte work where Pixidion has to redevelop files (because the Client doesn't have working files from the original designer): The redeveloped files are Pixidion's IP and follow the same rules as projects created from scratch — released to the Client on request, after full payment, no extra charge. By default, the Client receives final deliverables only (.jpg, .png, .gif, .pdf).

All client files are archived for 1 year from final delivery. Past clients can request a re-download of their final files at any time during that window. After the 1-year window, archived files may be deleted without further notice — clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups.

Yes — that's a core part of à la carte work. Quick edits, retouches, and updates to existing assets are handled the same way as any project, regardless of who originally made them.

Source files are highly preferred — they significantly speed up turnaround and keep costs low.

Working from flattened files (PDFs, JPGs, PNGs without layers) is possible but takes longer and carries a rebuild surcharge to recreate the editable structure.

Replicating an existing design from a flattened file — recreating an asset from scratch to match a flattened original — is also possible and is quoted per project, since cost depends entirely on the complexity of what's being rebuilt.
