1. About this policy
This Cookie Policy describes the cookies pixidion.com uses, what each one does, how long it stays in your browser, and how to manage your consent. It’s a companion to the main Privacy Policy and applies to anyone visiting pixidion.com.
Pixidion is the trading name (DBA) of Ivan Ortega, a sole proprietor operating from Las Vegas, Nevada, United States.

2. What cookies are
A cookie is a small piece of text a website stores in your browser. Cookies let a site remember things between page loads — whether you’ve accepted analytics, what language you prefer, whether you’re in the middle of filling out a form.
Some cookies are essential to make the site work. Others — analytics, marketing — are optional. Pixidion only sets the optional ones when you actively consent on the cookie banner.
3. Categories used on pixidion.com
Pixidion uses two categories of cookies:
- Strictly Necessary — required for the site to function. Cannot be disabled. These remember your consent choice so the cookie banner doesn’t reappear on every visit.
- Analytics — optional. Only set after you accept on the cookie banner. Used to understand which pages are visited and which content is useful.
Pixidion does NOT use:
- Marketing cookies — no behavioral retargeting, no ad personalization, no third-party ad networks (Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag, etc.).
- Functional cookies beyond the consent-storage cookie above. No theme picker, no language picker, no other preference cookies.
4. The cookies set on pixidion.com
Every cookie Pixidion’s site can set, with what it does and how long it persists:

If you reject analytics on the cookie banner, none of the _ga* cookies are set. The consent-storage cookie remains so your “reject” choice is honored on future visits.
5. Managing your consent
You can change your cookie choices at any time:
- From this site: Reopen the cookie banner via the “Cookie preferences” link in the site footer. Toggle analytics on or off and save.
- From your browser: Delete the
cc_cookiefrom pixidion.com’s site data and refresh — the banner will reappear and you can re-answer.
If you reject analytics after previously accepting, Pixidion’s analytics scripts stop loading immediately on the next page load. Any data already collected before you changed your choice cannot be retroactively removed from Google Analytics’ servers by Pixidion, but Google’s own privacy tooling lets you request deletion directly.
Automated privacy signals (GPC and DNT). Some browsers and extensions send automated opt-out signals — Global Privacy Control (GPC) (recognized under California’s CCPA/CPRA as a valid opt-out request) and the older Do Not Track (DNT) header. Pixidion honors both: if your browser sends a GPC or DNT signal, analytics cookies are automatically rejected on first visit and your “reject” choice is stored so the cookie banner doesn’t ask you to re-decide each session. You can override this by manually opening “Cookie preferences” in the site footer and accepting analytics — your manual choice takes precedence over the signal.
6. Browser-level opt-outs
If you want to block analytics cookies across the whole web — not just pixidion.com — most browsers have tracking-protection settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data → Block third-party cookies. Newer versions also have a “Tracking protection” feature.
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Enhanced Tracking Protection → Strict.
- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Prevent cross-site tracking (default on for new installs).
- Edge: Settings → Privacy, search, and services → Tracking prevention → Strict.
You can also install browser extensions like uBlock Origin or Privacy Badger for finer-grained control.
7. Third-party services that set cookies
The only third party that may set a cookie on pixidion.com is Google Analytics 4, and only after your explicit consent. Google’s own privacy and analytics policies apply to data collected after that consent:

If at some point Pixidion adds another third-party service that sets cookies (e.g., a chat widget, embedded video player, payment iframe), this Cookie Policy will be updated and the cookie banner will request fresh consent for the new category.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the cookies on pixidion.com change. Material changes will be noted with an updated “Last updated” date at the top. Significant changes — a new cookie category, a new third-party service — will trigger a fresh consent prompt on your next visit so you can re-decide.
