Choose your edge.

Three ways to work with Pixidion. Pick the one that fits the shape of the work. Logos and brand identity, print and menus, presentations, expo and trade-show graphics. For small businesses, law firms, and the shows that come through Vegas.

· Process

Submit. Refine. Render.

Each tier moves at its own pace. The bar doesn't change. Every project opens with a short brief — a paragraph, a few reference links, a deadline. Pixidion replies within 24–48 hours with questions, scope, and a price. First drafts come fast. Revisions are folded in and sharpened until the work is right. Final files arrive in every format the project needs.

  1. 01

    Brief.

Send what you've got. A paragraph is plenty.

  2. 02

    Quote.

A reply within 24–48 hours with scope, timeline, and price.

  3. 03

    Make.

First drafts fast. Revisions until the work is right. Final files ready to use.

01 À la carte

Quick edits to what's already there.

Small jobs, polished.

Most studios won't take the work. A photo retouch. A banner update. A swap on a website graphic. A fix to collateral that's already in motion. À la carte is built for the small stuff — quick turnarounds on existing assets, billed per piece, no commitment past the project.

Best for Businesses with assets in motion, conventiongoers needing fast updates, anyone who needs a designer's eye for one specific thing.

Common requests

  • Photo retouching and color correction
  • Edits to existing flyers, menus, or signage
  • Resizing assets for new platforms or print runs
  • Updating type, swatches, or copy on existing files
  • Quick fixes to website graphics or social posts
02 By project

Scoped engagements with a clear finish line.

Built from scratch. Cut to spec.

For initiatives that need to be made, not modified. Logos and full identity systems. Flyers, menus, and event collateral. Launch campaigns and marketing kits. Each project gets a defined scope, a defined timeline, and a fixed price agreed up front — no hourly creep, no scope drift.

Best for New businesses, rebrands, launches, openings, campaigns, any and all creative needs with a real start and end.

Common projects

  • Logo design and full brand identity systems
  • Flyers, posters, menus, business cards, signage
  • Event collateral and trade show materials
  • Marketing kits and campaign rollouts
  • Print and digital ad sets
  • Pitch decks and presentations
· Trade show & expo

Design for the show floor.

Vegas hosts the show. You steal it.

Booth and backdrop graphics, retractable banners, expo signage, rack cards, brochures and booklets, conference programs, presentation decks, swag. Built for exhibitors on the Las Vegas convention circuit — designed to read across a hall and hold up in a handshake.

Best for Exhibitors, sponsors, and local teams working a booth at any show that comes through Vegas.

Common pieces

  • Booth & backdrop graphics
  • Retractable banner stands
  • Expo signage & large-format graphics
  • Rack cards
  • Brochures & booklets
  • Conference programs & materials
  • Presentation & pitch decks
  • Swag & promo branding
03 Retainer

An on-call creative for ongoing facets.

A studio in your orbit. Monthly.

For businesses that need design regularly — not as one-off projects, but as a steady part of how they operate. Retainers give clients a designer who already knows the brand, faster turnaround than à la carte, and a predictable monthly cost. Two formats. Pick the one that matches how the work actually shows up.

Standard

10 hours of designer time, every month.

Steady scope. Sharper output.

A pre-purchased block of designer time, used however the month requires. New social graphics one week, a flyer revision the next, an updated banner before that. Hours are tracked transparently and reported monthly. Best for businesses with ongoing needs they want to scope as they go.

What an hour covers Active design and production time, including quick emails, brief intake, and revisions.

Includes

All standard 2D design — print, digital, social, signage, layout, branding refinements, photo edits. Motion graphics (animated logos, looping social posts, GIFs). Light front-end web work (HTML/CSS landing pages, component styling).

Not included

Video and film production, photography, 3D, back-end development, copywriting.

Pro

Heavier output. Pick your facet.

For businesses with a constant flow of work.

Pro is built for clients running steady marketing — agencies, growing brands, content-heavy businesses. Choose how the work gets paid for: by the hour for predictable scope, or flat-rate for predictable cost. Same studio, same brilliance.

Pro: Hours
From $1,500/ mo

20+ hours of designer time per month, billed at a discounted rate. Best for clients who want a defined block of designer time they can plan campaigns around.

Pro: Flat Rate
$1,800/ mo

A flat monthly fee for unlimited design requests, worked one at a time, with unlimited revisions. First draft on most requests within 1–2 business days. No active-request limit on what gets queued — just one in production at a time. Best for clients with a constant firehose of small-to-medium requests who want a predictable monthly cost.

Both Pro formats include

  • Priority queue ahead of Standard and à la carte
  • Direct designer access via Slack during business hours
  • Dedicated brand kit and asset library kept on file
  • Monthly delivery report

Both Pro formats exclude

Video and film production, photography, 3D, back-end development, copywriting.

Stay longer. Pay less.

Retainers begin month-to-month with no contract. After three consecutive paid months, retainer clients unlock the option to switch to a longer-term contract at a discount. New clients can lock in a contract from day one and take the discount immediately.

  • 5%off 3-month contract
  • 10%off 6-month contract
  • 15%off 12-month contract

The fine print, plainly

  • Retainers are billed in full at the start of each monthly cycle.
  • Tier and contract changes take effect at the start of the next cycle.
  • No rollover — unused hours don't carry forward.
  • If a retainer client cancels and returns within 6 months, prior consecutive months count toward the 3-month threshold. After 6 months away, the count resets.
  • Contract clients who cancel before the contract ends can do so — they pay the difference between the contracted rate and the standard month-to-month rate for months already used. No further obligation.
